I have purchased Mobile I Ball Andi 5 LI Grey Colour in 17th June 2013. in an incident my phone’s touch screen got again & again low battery Problem. I called customer care. they provide me the service centre address , of Grant Road, Lamington Road & Andheri East.
I purchased phone from Vijay Sales – Prabhadevi Mumbai Branch.
My phone’s IMEI number is: 911310800089949. I visit at both service centres in 16th Jan 2014 They told me that it is battery problem & your battery is out of warranty. You have to buy new battery at Rs.450/- approx. we can provide the same within a week. Then I called them about status. Then again I visit at Grant road – Lamington Road service centre for showing my Mobile battery is day by day automatically swelling its look like before blast look. But they still told me that it will take 6 to 7 days more. I said its ok. But After that I am calling them they said they want 10 days more. Three time they told me for wait 10 days more. I am so much tired from Service Centres reply then I visit to Vijay Sales – Prabhadevi Branch Mr Chandrakant (9930262668) his number. I told all story to Mr. Chandrakant & i show him the condition of battery. Mr. Chandrakant also shock when he see that I asked him why this is getting so much time to provide one battery I don’t know why ? & tell me exactly how many day it will take from your side. Then he called to I Ball service Centre person for me & told me I will call you tomorrow. Then next day he called me & said I Ball Service Centre person said they will get a stock within end of March 2014 to 4th April 2014. Means again it will take one month. I am shock when I getting like this kind of reply.
I Buy Mobile on 17th June 2013 & Got again and again low battery problem from end of July 2013. It Means it is 101% Problematic Pcs. My mobile is off from getting problem. I am feeling so pissed off. They are making just excuses and doing nothing. My new phone is still off. Would you please sort out my problem? I want my money refund. My work is suffering a lot because I used to made calls 100 times a day & I am not getting any positive response from I ball Service Centre & Seller. I need help. I am wasting my money & time to making calls. My work & I is suffering a lot.
